Although we guarentee our services, we can not be held accountable for issues beyond our control especially when clients do not follow professional advice given & problems occure. We have high ethical standards & will not comprimaise clients wellbeing for profit. We will never offer any services that is not suitable or needed by clients. Our services are tailored to suit each individual’s needs and requirements to ensure client well being and satisfaction. We have strict policies and procedures at Bewitching Beauty, we do not recycle any of our waxes or products and use disposable items where required. We strictly adhere to QLD health guidelines to ensure a safe and professional service each and every time.
Fees Explained
Minimum booking required for all call out services is a Total of $85- ( our minimum total amount Includes our call out fee costs ). Due to time, location & treatments req. Logan residents - minimum amount required for Home or Office services is $65-. We happily encourage new and repeat clients to use our reward system to obtain high quality treatments Free and at great savings. Due to High prices of fuel and tolls most areas attract a $25- Call Out Fee: If charged our per Therapist $25- Call Out Fee covers expenses such as fuel, travel & time considerations, added costs of Toll fees if required. This will be added to the total amount of your service. No call out fee is applied for Local Logan residents. Minimum service amount $65- total. Save further and book your pampering treatments with a friend. Group discounts may apply. All Treatments performed on Public Holidays incur an added $30 surcharge to total amount. (Charged per location - Not charged per client) Services Products used in some services may contain Nuts or traces of nut or natural fruit products, please ask one of our friendly therapists any questions upon booking your appointment, please let us know upon any enquiries if you have any special needs or Health issues that we should be aware of - your well being and client satisfaction is our top priority. Our treatments and services are strictly Therapeutic in nature. We supply guests with Topless Waiters; our 18+ Pamper parties are just that, for Over 18’s only. Gift Certificates are also available to treat some one special to you for special occasions like wedding anniversary, or a perfect way to say a simple thank you. Client’s appointment schedule We will endure to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, this is to set up for treatments, products and equipments used for services with out cutting into clients scheduled appointment time, please ensure that you are ready 10 minutes prior to our arrival. We do understand that some times situations pop up; we would however, if you are unable to attend your appointment time, appreciate 12hrs notice to reschedule, Failure to notify Bewitching Beauty of your cancellation - repetitive non notice / non attendance will result in canceling your custom with Bewitching Beauty Therapy for future services. The Client is solely responsible for all guests’ behavior and any issues relating to Bewitching Beauty’s services & staff well being during and following treatments. We will not be held accountable for any Party / Guests behavior during or following any treatments with Bewitching Beauty.
